Moosehunting
Hunting on foot, stalking while our dogs tracks and keep the Moose at bay with their barking until you get close enough for a shot.
This is truly a uniqe way of hunting and makes great demands on dog and hunter. You only find this way of hunting in Scandinavia.
Breakfast is at 7.00 and then its of to the hunting ground, you hunt until lunch (this is usually sometime between 12.00 and 14.00) where we all meet around a campfire where lunch is prepared. After lunch and coffee the hunting continoues until the sun sets.
Then we head back to camp and enjoy a well deserved dinner. And maybe a visit in our sauna before bedtime.

Capercallie and grouse hunting
In the autumn we stalk with spitz dogs who chase them up in the trees and marks the tree by barking, then the challenge is to get close enough to shoot, without the bird noticing you.
A fascinating hunt and very traditional up here in Norrland, you can hunt with either shotgun or rifle.
In winter the hunt is on traditional wooden skis in
the snowcovered wilderness, the
birds sit on the treetops. It's not unusual
that shooting distances in winter is
between 120 and 250 meters. This is by far the most extreme form of hunting we offer.

Ptarmigan hunting
Tracking and scouting for ptarmigan in the snow, you will get to experince both hunting in the mountains and in the woods, you will sleep in an off grid hunting cabin or in a tent with a stove to keep you warm.

Beaverhunting
This is hunting early in the morning and late in the evening when the beavers are active. This is almost a meditative way of hunting as it demands quiet stalking and waiting for the right time to take the shot.
We have several great spots for this kind of hunting and we recommend this trip from 15th april to 15th of may when spring is here and snow is melting.

Forest hare
The forest hare is relatively similar to the field hare, but there are a number of characteristic features that distinguish them. Both body shape, as well as tale, ear size, eye and fur color between summer and winter, which makes it easier to recognize in winter.
The hunting form are with drever dog and shotgun.
