5 DAY SNOWMOBILE EXPEDITION
You will cover about 1500 km's on your own snowmobile on a epic 5 day arctic adventure. Racing over frozen lakes and through narrow forest trails.
You start in Swedish Lapland north of the Arctic Circle, from here the trip takes you even further north. We will take you across the boarder to Norway and Finland before we return.
The expedition will show how beatiful and wild Scandinavia truely is.
The nights are spent in hotels and wilderness cabins, located far from public roads. Here you will enjoy a hot meal and getting to know the other guests, before bedtime.
A daily distance of approximatly 300 km is demanding, there are no prepared tracks here. Driving a snowmobile is a lot of fun, but can be challenging - you will get stuck in the snow and have to dig out your snowmobile.
That is why you have to be in good physical shape and be prepared for the days to be just as fun as they will be tough.
During the days of driving we will make stops to enjoy the calm, wild and beautifull nature of Lapland. We will make lunch over a fire and coffee breaks.
While we are driving you can expect to see amazing wildlife - reindeer, moose and big birds. Your guide is a very experienced hunting guide and tracker.
We will pick you up at Luleå airport and take you back after the expedition. Full board and lodging are included.
We suply warm boots, gloves, clothes and helmets that are suited for this kind of trip in exteme minus temperatures.
Our guides are very rutined, and there will always be safety first protocol. The snowmobiles are powerfull machines that demand respect, so you will get proper instruction before the trip.
Price per participant is 55.000 SEK
The expedition will take place in march 2024 and only by a minimum of 3 and maximum 8 participants.
WEEKEND IN THE WILDERNESS
Come and stay a weekend at our hunting lodge, it usually closes down overwinter, as the roads are closed by the massive amount of snow .
But we can work around this, as we travel the last few kilometers by snowmobile, the lodge is totally of grid with its own diesel generator.
With small guest lodges that has room for up to 4 sleeping guests.
You will visit the moose park, go isfishing and play around in the snow on snowmobile, the fastest way of winter travel.
This includes full board, you will get to taste the delicious fish and meat we harvested ourselves, transfer from and to the airport. We suply warm clothes for the snowmobile riding.
Arrival friday, and departure monday, 3 nights you get to enjoy the silence and rugged nature. Next to the lodge you can see the Lina Fall, 16 meters drop turned completely into ice.
